When you visit Piccadilly Medical, we may make notes, which may include details concerning your medication, treatment plan and other issues affecting your health. This data is always held securely, is not shared with anyone not involved in the management of your case without your consent, although for data storage purposes it may be handled by personnel who are not directly involved in your clinical care. We process standard personal information about you to meet our contractual obligations obtained from explicit Patient Consent and legitimate interest to respond to enquiries concerning the services provided.

We process special category information about you because it is necessary for the purposes of preventive or occupational medicine, for the assessment of the working capacity of the employee, medical diagnosis, the provision of health or social care or treatment or the management of health or social care systems and services The Special Category data concerned are:

Disclosure

Piccadilly Medical will not pass your personal information to third parties, with the exception of your health insurer (if applicable) if they are covering your appointments/ assessment expenses. If your Health insurer is covering

the cost of your appointments/assessments, we may need to share with them some personal information, for example name, Date of birth, policy number, diagnosis and treatment plan. The information shared differs from one insurer to the other. Piccadilly medical will keep your personal information safe and secure, and only staff involved in managing your case will have access to your patient records. However, for data storage purposes it may be handled by personnel who are not directly involved in your clinical care. Practitioners will not disclose your Personal Information unless compelled to, in order to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental requests.

How long we will keep your information

Piccadilly Medical will process personal data during the duration of any service you receive from us and will continue to store only the personal data needed for two years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After two years all personal data will be deleted, unless basic information needs to be retained by us to meet our future obligations to you, such as erasure details. All Data is held in the United Kingdom. Piccadilly Medical does not store personal data outside the EEA. All data storage services used by Piccadilly Medical are GDPR compliant and available on request.
